• 5★★★★★ - "Lorenzo's Team from Fog City Roofing showed up today/Saturday at our newly purchased home in Salinas hills just 3 days after requesting service. This home was built in 1991 with Cement Tiles, not your typical asphalt stuff.
  The home sellers disclosure mentioned a repair done before the sale, and the roofing inspector said it should have been fine, i.e. water tight! What crap, the big windy rain storm earlier this week of December 16th, proved to have water pouring into the home at the ceiling with NEW sheet-rock done by the seller/homeowner last roofer repairs.
  The Fog City team was stellar in determining the before patch was done incorrectly. They found a big glob of mastic over the wood and not overlapping the metal valley flashing. They removed the bad repair, cleaned and replaced a tile, put down proper underpayment material to cover the wood roof deck all the way over to the valley flashing. Button up all the tiles and flashing looks much better than before. These guys care about doing it right!"
