What crap, the big windy rain storm earlier this week of December 16th, proved to have water pouring into the home at the ceiling with NEW sheet-rock done by the seller/homeowner last roofer repairs.
The Fog City team was stellar in determining the before patch was done incorrectly. They found a big glob of mastic over the wood and not overlapping the metal valley flashing. They removed the bad repair, cleaned and replaced a tile, put down proper underpayment material to cover the wood roof deck all the way over to the valley flashing.
